Due to this, not only do we have better control over our quality but also the long lead-time that our clients have to face is reduced drastically. Our infrastructure is built around the requirement to provide the best quality product and provide quicker deliveries than the market.

Our factory is spread over an area of 10,000 sq. ft., housing state-of-the-art machines. We also have a fully functioning office for factory management and staff. We have dedicated staff catering to design, planning, production, EH&S and administration staff in the office for efficient management of the factory. With the office on the mezzanine floor having an unobstructed view of the entire facility, the heads and staff can monitor the production on the ground floor with utmost ease. Our entire staff is highly trained and experienced in the field to understand and manage all your customized requirements with ease.

We have incorporated the latest machinery to aid us in our promise to deliver top-quality products. Our factory houses the following major machines to churn out the required output while consuming minimal time.

Hydraulic Shearing Machine has the capacity to cut the sheet of any MOC (GI, MS, SS, etc.) with high accuracy up to the thickness of 3 mm and length of up to 3 meters.

With a capacity of 65 Tonnes and variable die up to 100 mm in size, this press brake assists with the notching of required sizes and produce panels of various thickness. i.e. 25 mm, 43 mm, 46 mm, 50 mm etc.

Customized to our requirements, our Hydraulic Bending Machine is CNC based and has the capability to shape sheet metal of any MOC (GI, MS, SS etc.) up to the thickness of 3 mm and length of up to 3 meters. We have incorporated multiple dies in the machine to achieve the desired angle of bending as per the specifications.

Our major asset comes in the form of our in-house PUF injection machine with a 3-bed Hydraulic Pressing Machine incorporated with in-built heaters for better quality control. Computerized volume input in the machine automatically calculates and injects the exact amount of spray to meet specific density requirements. Heated beds solidify the PUF quickly and uniformly, saving time and improving end quality. This allows us to eliminate major dependency on PUF injection in the panels for insulation, thus saving time and avoiding any damage in transit (if outsourced).

Equipped with all the presses and machines to make a highly efficient coil, our coil shop has the capability to roll out up to 12 Row-Deep coils with tube sizes ranging from 3/8” to 5/8”. Variable fin die provides us the versatility to produce 6-12 FPI coils according to client specific requirement. In-house coil manufacturing has its own advantages in form of customized production as per specifications, quality management, standard testing, timely production and avoiding any damage in transit (if outsourced).

We are equipped to handle any shape and size of sheet metal cutting. Computerized Plasma cutting machine provides accuracy with automatic sheet cutting of desired design and shape. We can roll out the required specialized sheet metal panels within minutes with this automated programmable machine.

Apart from these machines, multiple accessory machines like electric spot welding, arc welding, electric wheel cutters, grinders, electric drillers etc. are available to our staff for ancillary work. We intend to decrease manual work to increase the production efficiency and of our workers with better quality and accuracy.
